📍 Yoga Social, Hackney
On Saturday, 26th September 2026, ADHD Baddies hosted our very first women-only yoga session and it was something truly special.
Held at Yoga Social in Hackney (Unit 3, The Arch, 167 Bohemia Place, London E8 1HA), the session ran from 2 to 3:30pm and was designed to be fully beginner-friendly, with ADHD and hyper-mobility accommodations built in throughout.
The afternoon included a 60-minute yoga class followed by a 30-minute social, giving attendees the chance to connect, decompress, and feel more grounded away from the usual chaos of everyday life. As our first ever women-only event, it marked an exciting new chapter for the community.
In keeping with our commitment to making events accessible and affordable, the session was donation-based with a £3 minimum, with all contributions going directly back into ADHD Baddies to support our events, our non-profit project, and the wider advocacy work we do for neurodivergent people.
Ready for the next one!

Theme: THE INVISIBLE NEURODIVERGENT WOMAN: HEALTH, IDENTITY & EMPOWERMENT
For too long, neurodivergent women have been overlooked, dismissed, and made invisible by healthcare systems, workplaces, and society. Women with ADHD are three times more likely to die prematurely than neurotypical women. We're diagnosed years later than men, our symptoms are misunderstood, and our health concerns are brushed aside.
It's time to change that.
The Seen & Heard Summit is a FREE 90-120 minute online panel discussion bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, and advocates to address the critical issues facing neurodivergent women today.
This isn't just another panel—it's a wake-up call, a community gathering, and a catalyst for change.
Streaming live on YouTube and TikTok to reach neurodivergent women wherever they are.
